Brittany!! Thank you for reading 💛 I feel like I may need a trick mirror reread honestly. It’s been popping up a lot lately! And yes Bama Rush- the second installment of the series blewww my mind.
Ohhhh I need to read up more about the true story behind Under the Bridge. I really liked the show so curious to see how it compares to the reality. Anything in particular you thought they should have handled better?
It’s been so long now since I watched but I just remember looking up the facts afterward and feeling a little icky about it. They made the perpetrators a little too sympathetic for my liking (and I think it’s because that’s how they were seen in real life, but I don’t know that they did a good job of conveying that). Definitely take a look at the story!!
Yea I was wondering about their treatment of the male perpetrator. They really went hard on the girl, showing her with no emotions and all but they portrayed him as a victim pretty much. I'll do some digging. Thanks for mentioning it!
I thoroughly enjoyed this read. The cucumber man was the highlight btw🤣
Thank you so much!! I’m so glad. And yes, he’s a delight! 🥒
That Kindle case is 🍰 & wow, 🤯 a lifesize Polly Pocket, weird
Lovee this digest btw, tysm 🤍🫶🏻
LOVED Trick Mirror, also at the edge of my seat over the Bama Rush tea, that song slaps— thank you! And thank you Celine Dion! 🙌🥲🙏🤠
