Thank youuu I love them. I’d say if you’re a true horror fan, still check it out- there’s a lot to appreciate! The execution was very artful and unique. Just could’ve used some more attention in the plot IMO
Haha I like almost everything, from slashers (Scream, Thanksgiving), to more serious stuff (The Lodge) and fun horror (Get Out, Ready or not, Abigail) 🤣
I'm selfishly voting Fridays for this newsletter, even if it's later in the day, since I tend to catch up on my Substack reads more on the weekends so it's nice to have it going in, but if Sunday evening is better for you then I say do it!
Also YES to an Uglies re-read, was literally just thinking about that book series earlier this year weirdly enough.
The tomato nails are IT. Also I need that lobster roll NOW.
I’m dreaming about it 😭😭
Tomato nails are so cute! Also, I wanted to watch Longlegs but it was too hyped up, thanks for being honest about it!

Yes, I'm a big horror fan, but since the first hyped-up reviews, all I've seen is people being disappointed hahaha
Definitely not something you have to pay to see in theatres!! Curious to know what some of your favorites are now 👀

Very helpful thank you!! And yessss Uglies reread. I honestly don’t remember much about it besides that I LOVED IT
Hi there! I’d love to do a reread! I haven’t read it before but books to movie adaptations are my favorite!
Yay! It’s YA (which I personally don’t typically read) but I’m hoping it holds up.
